Does anyone in the Brick area have a PC running an old version of Windows?

I found a flash drive about 12 years old with pics. I plug the flash drive into a digital picture frame and see them. However, my PC won't recognize the flash drive.
I want to try an old Windows version and hope I can get the pics.
