No! Anyone can post pictures. However, there is a procedure that must be followed. It is not simply copy and paste. Here’s the scoop on posting pictures:

yes I know how to post them in a forum but how do I actually get them into the njrc photo gallery i see no upload button?

You need to click on the gallery button, then click on the {my gallery} button, then click the add a category button.

Then you should see an upload button after you create the category (folder).
