Basically, the easiest way is to get an account at someplace like www.photobucket.com or anyplace like that. Photobucket is free and works really well.

Copy the link on the photobucket page and come here and post it between [img*]post the link here[/img*]...

The asterisks in the [img*] code need to be removed, though...that's just so you can see the tags.

aright so now that i have photo bucket working, can someone help me ID this.
i got it from a friend who didnt know what it was. when i first got the it, it would be standing tall and go to deflated day to day, normal i figured....now it just stays limp all day, is it doing ok? what are the lighting requirements for this thing?

nah im 98% sure its not xenia, and its not upside down my corals just flacid

It looks to be a capnella. Mine fold up likethat for days on end every now and again. When they open up again it is larger than before. This is a part of their growing process. As long as it's not melting away, leave it be. It should bounce back in a few days or so.

They like a moderate flow and can handle just about any lighting you can throw at it.
