Please help me ID this on my wrasse

I Qt'ed for 3 weeks eats like a pig. But when i put it in the DT i just notcied this. I use dim lights So i must've missed. Please help

Gill flukes? Maybe an anchor worm? I did some googling and people have used API General Cure. You should be able to find it at most stores.

Edwin, that doesn't look good. I don't know anything about fish diseases, but that looks parasitic. Here are two references I have on fish diseases....hope this helps.
