Power head advise

My Jeabo 40, it's an old pump, will not start back up after I select feed mode. I have to manual spin the impeller to start it.
I took it part and soaked in vinegar for 2 days and still same problem. any help appreciated.

I decided to use an old Koralia PH and connect it to a smart power strip my wife bought me months ago. I download the software, Smart Life, go through the steps and the device will not initialize.
I tried many times and search did not yield much help. I then try using the Alexa App and it cannot recognize the strip. Is the strip broke since it won't work with either?
I am connecting to the 2.4 ghz network as instructed.

Any help appreciated.

I would connect it to a lamp that you know 100% works. Test it like that

I would agree with Amado, start the power strip with a lamp or something that's visually on and or off.

I assume I ended up with a bad unit but to late to return.

I replaced the Jeabo with these for now. Also, removed the cheap UV.

Picked up two Jeabo SOW15 for the tank. Wife had a discount on Amazon and could not pass it up. What mode would be good for a triangle?
