Power Head Swap

Right now I have a Koralia 1300, koralia1, and genaric 1300. I was thinking of trying to swap the three of these out for just 1 more powerful wave maker.

Question is would a jebea wp25 be enough or should I get the wp40? Also being my tank is not wide or long should it be place toward the bottom facing up or from the top facing down?

Is this for the 40 pillar? If so, go with the wp25. Should definitely be more than enough! I'd probably put it towards the bottom and point it up

Yeah it's for the 40. I just like a lot of turbulence that's why there is 3 power heads is such a small tank.

Well you can mess with the settings on the 25. I have 2 40's and 1 25 in my 150 and they're not even at 100%

Agree you want the pump to help get O2 in the tank so pointed upwards would be the way I would do it too.
