problems with membership

I'm not too sure where else to put this but can one of the Mods or someone that deals with sign ups send me a pm, i'm having problems with the payment process for membership. Also wanted to make sure the form i sent was received this morning. Every time i go to pay and log into paypal, it tells me my last action could not be completed.

heres what i get after i click pay with paypal and it goes to the paypal page that asks you to log in. This is after i attempt to log in.

That sounds like a paypal issue

Log into PayPal and make a payment of $18.85 to paypal@njreefers.org

I'll keep a look out for it.
