It's mature maturity of the tank IMO. But if you algae issues and need to dose inverts will be hit, including some corals.
 
Here is a short list of my favorites. Trochus snails, nassarius snails, blue legged hermits (mine don’t seem to bother anyone, except occasionaly each other). Some reefers have reported problems with hermits, but not me so far. And my favorite is a tigger conch, or fighting conch (only 1 for your size tank). Those all do really well in my tank. Someone sold me a brittle star once (told me what a great sand siftter it would be.). It seemed to be attempting to hunt grab snails or anything that came within reach. It lives in my sump now. It looked black in the store, but I think it’s a green brittle star. I don’t recommend brittle stars in general as a cuc. Definitely don’t get a green one.

sounds good ill definitely look into getting one hopefully soon, today found out had an issue with my temp think my heater didnt turn on or something was warmish in the house, temp went from 78.5 to 75 i quickly reset the heater the temp came back to 78 but noticed my tang is now COVERED in ich and isnt eating what can i do to quickly get him back on his feet? overally i think ima go with setting up a QT and getting the fish there
