I had to put my tang into solitary confinement for harrasment. Te question I guess is can he be rehabilitated or should I sell him off. I really want to keep him but those "zebra" genus are bad. Lol. It was harassing a new angel I put in. Any tips would be appreciate.

If I do put him in. It won't be until a rescape in April. Maybe that might calm him down

He could get rehabilitated. When I added a swallowtail angelfish, our kole tang chased her right away and nipped her on one side. We used the old mirror trick so that the kole will chase after his own reflection. After a week, everyone is getting along. We did not have any problems at all with our sailfin tang with the angelfish. But it might be because the sailfin is so much bigger compared to both angel and kole.

Just curious, how long did this behavior go on, or how long did you let it go on. Most time in my experience it goes on for a day or up to a week, and then subsides and everything is fine. Another thing you can do is tape a picture of a large trigger to the side of the tank. I do and have done that and it works. It's possible that even after a week the aggression will continue - it's rare but can happen and then they'd need to be separated.

I pulled them asap. I ddint want to risk the Angel getting terrfied and stop eating. I rather rescape and re intro the hardy tang than the finicky angel
