Purpleing up PPE's

I've been noticing my PPE's are turning brownish from the original purple color my PHE's are still a very vibrant purple so I don't think it's my lighting. Any suggestions, they are currently on the sand bed but so are my PHE's ???

Hey Francis,

The PPE's I got from you are still very purple. I have mine 20+ inches below a 250w 12K reeflux metal halide and T5's. It's in the lower left corner of the tank and it's semi shaded, nothing directly above it, but has a flat wall that it's growing off of. Hard to explain.

Found a picture look at the bottom left right above the brain and a little more than an inch left of the duncan.

Lower light = Deep purple , Medium light = Light purple, High Light = Deep purple and bright green skirt with Speckels.... hope that helps.

what color (k value) are your zoos under? just curious...
have you tried relocating them anywhere in the tank?

They are under 2 14.5k Geisman and 1 14k Phoenix all 250HQI, I just relocated them the other day.
