Hey guys, so on the past 2 months I've had 2 ich outbreaks that have not been so good. Needless to say it's happening again and it's time to set up a qt tank. I'll have to dismantle aquascape to catch all fish. I am also going to go fishing free in display for the next 3 more hs to see if I can eradicate the ich. I will be reaquascaping as it will all be coming apart. wondering if anyone in the freehold area is willing to give a hand? I am currently running around buying water meds qt tank ect... I know I don't have much to offer or any quality or special corals, but would frag anything I have for anyone willing to help. Just **** me a text if interested 9085961352. thanks guys. @Mikeamadio I'm sorry I can't help out. I have my kid's soccer game today as well as getting ready for the inlaws tomorrow. I have a bucket of already made saltwater (1.025) [about 5 gals] if you can swing by (I'm in Tuckerton area) you can have it. Also I would go longer than 3 hours in your display. You will need to treat your display and by my understand it takes about 10 days or longer. Also its my understanding that once ich is in your system it will always be there (but again I never had ich so I'm not 100% on that)
Thanks @nj tiger I ment 3 months no fish in display. fish will be treated for 2wks. then observed for remaining 2.5 months. Thank you for the water but I do have plenty bought 25g plus ro is on and running I can't decide if I want to use 20 or 29g for qt
