R/O tubing.

Hey good morning to all. Question, im using the ruber transparent hose/tubing on my R/O and i see its turning white. Is this not good and should i switch to the hard white tubing?? It also feels sort of slimy

I would switch to the hard white tubing,, I always change my tubing whenever I change my filters on RODI unit which is a least twice a year. I am over cautious I know but it's piece of mind that's all... @WIlly_will

No rubber! Get polyethylene tubing from HD....you can purchase 25 feet for less than five bucks.

I also change the tubing on my ATO and Calcium reactor a couple of times a year as well. Just because of build up and lines getting clogged
