I believe its more that NY pays the taxes on the land or something like that.

I can voulunteer on Saturday this year up till 5pm, and possibly Sunday morning for 2-3 hours.
FYI, hotels in area are filling fast.
The Red Roof Inn Plus in Secaucus still has a few rooms at $130 and the Extended Stay America is on the other side of the highway, also $130.
Get em quick if you're going to.

If I go mid day on Sunday are most of the vendors going to be low on items or do you still think it will still be worth it? I'm mostly looking for lower priced stuff like colorful monti's and other SPS.

There will still be plenty of frags left to chose from on Sunday afternoon, and prices will probably be dropping right before your eyes. BUT, all of the cherries will have already been picked by then...
