Razor nano operation

So I pick one of these up off of a fellow reefer and unfortunately there is now owners manual. For the life of me I can't figure out how to program it. Does anyone own one that could help me out or even if you own a full size razor that would help too, I imagine the controls are the same. Thanks in advance.
