RBTA and Percula clownfish

If your anemone is standing still please dont move it. Mnat not that i dont think your advice is good but moving an anemone from a spot its comfortable in, is only going to lead to a wandering anemone.

There is no way to force them into an anemone, its a waiting game and it needs patience.

If they are hosting a frogspawn, i would suggest removing the frogsspawn for a little while and see if they move on over, but please dont move a happy anemone.

I agree and no offenses meant. I was NOT going to move the nome. I will wait and see what these clowns do. After all they are clowns :)

When I said move the anem, I was saying that if it had just been introduced and was on a piece of live rock that could be moved. I agree, I would not be in there trying to force it off of a piece of rock or whatever. My point was when my clowns were hosting my frogspawn, I pulled the frogspawn from the tank and put the anem where the frogspawn had been. Eventually the anem moved to its more comfortable home, but the clowns recognized it and jumped right in after we added it.

Sorry if I was confusing.

Not sure if you realized it or not, but the last post before your two posts was April of last year.

lol nope didnt check the date guess i'll have to next time... this forum isnt very active it seems
That is actually not the case....we recently lost exactly 1 years worth of posts. Ironically the backup that we were able to use was taken the year before we used it so the months coincided, but posts were 1 year old and confused people like yourself (hope you understand)

It's normally pretty active. But considering we lost our forum database a few months back when our old web host closed up shop in the middle of the night with no warning..

And then consider we have a lot of people still migrating over to the new forum platform we upgraded to...

Plus we just had a hurricane that others are dealing with...

I'm sure you will see a big increase in activity once everything gets back to normal. ;)
