Recommendation - where to purchase amphipods / copepods?

amphipods are pretty common in any liverock. If I set up a filter sock I usually get a several in there in no time.

your best bet is to get some chaeto from another reefer and you will likely get pods in there.

LR rubble is ideal environment for amphipods to spawn.

Anyways - www.ipsf.com sells amphipods. Kinda pricey but your call.

Yes AO does sell them but give a call first , If your local (old bridge)I can give you some chaeto that has pods in them along with some rock rubble that also should have . Let me know, next water change I will try to suck up as many as I can out of my sump, lmk,Paul

Most LFS carry some sort of pods. Tigger pods are the most common, I like DT's pods personally. Reef pods are supposed to be pretty good will be trying them out when my local LFS gets them in to kickstart the tank after an interceptor treatment.

Thanks for the feedback guys (and offer). I'm down in SNJ, so I'll just hit up a LFS for some pods. Probably Aquarium Ctr in Blackwood.

I don't live in the North but I come to Tenafly every day for work. If you want me can meet next week or I can bring some over to Icecap if you are coming on Sunday.
