Update.
I opened the eBay claim when the seller would not refund the $130 as requested.
Didn't wanna settle for the damaged item.
3days later, no contact from seller, so escalated the claim and eBay almost immediately closed the case and basically are forcing the return acceptance and refund.
Unpacked it up like I would have shipped it.
Secured the main power cord inside the drawer.
Secured the European adapter cord in the dead space of the original shipping box.
Taped the plastic cabinet pieces to the outside of the original box to keep flat.
Plastic wrapped them to the original box.
Secured the heavy metal drawer hardware under the main box between these styrofoam. Also used some other packing material to tighten it up.
Once her receives it he has 2 days to ensure its as I received it.
