In another thread was posted for a member group buy from Reef Cleaners. This thread is about the customer service experienced.

The order came in and half of the inverts ended up deceased. John refunded me the 3 Emerald crabs ASAP. However, 2 days later was told by Eric and Mark_C there stuff didn't survive. We did discover the heat pack was not properly activated. I emailed John and told him and only included 1 pic of a few snails, no point in sending all. He never replied and I also sent a follow-up email asking how we can fix this and still no reply. This is my very last order with Reef Cleaners.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I had mixed results when I ordered, too. I really ordered for 2 peppermint shrimp and then bolstered the order to get free shipping. The peppermint shrimp didn't make it thru shipping, and I was refunded like $12 for the two shrimp..

That being said, I did get a lot of cool stuff. :) But i was disappointed that they didn't just resend, rather than just giving a little $$ back.

Last order I received from them was a mess, I contacted customer service and made me even more pissed. I won’t order from them anymore.

Just saw an email from them asking for pics. We tossed everything and sent a pic of the Trochus as Eric paid $5 or $6 a piece.
I replied stating no pics just these and now wait again.

The last order I had with them (previous to this one) had a 100% doa. Got a refund for it but was still disappointing.
Decided to try again with this order and had a 50% survival. Didn't even bother to take pics, just dumped the shells in the tank for the hermits to use.

I have had more issues then not, I always account for serious death. I truthfully think he needs to stop the priority mail to NJ and just require it to be overnight.

It stinks because all the local shops kill you on the prices.
