Reef controller for new user

I am considering purchasing a reef controller for my tank. I think overall it is a good AIO solution to give me peace of mind and ease.

What I am looking for as far as features are:

- easy to setup, as far as internet interface or on the controller itself
- time control over 5 outlets (MH, Actinic, moonlights) also for ATO so I can setup my ATO to only run from say 12-1 even if the floats switch is triggered.
- monitor pH, Salinity ( I read this feature is available?), temperature
- control heaters so I do not have to worry as much of malfunction

That is basically all I am looking for and can think of that needs to be controlled or usefulness. Any suggestions or recommendations from individuals with experience would be appreciated.

Thanks

- Brandon

Forgot also want it to:

- monitor temperature when lights are on and if temperature exceeds say 82 F turn off lights

I would try to try out a reefkeeper lite or a Neptune III. Rival entry level products and comes out to about the same pricepoint I believe for the features you're looking for. Both have/soon will have network capabilities soon too iirc.

I was looking on aquacave and there are like 20 different models of the APEX III :/

Any links to the models you'd suggest?
