Hey everyone, so I went lights out for a few days to kill some cyano and I just flipped my lights on and within seconds one of my fixtures blue LEDs went out. I thought maybe the plug came undone so I checked. Nope. I did process of elimination and even swapped the plug with the whites and it worked. When I plug the blue plug in, the fans turn on but the lights do not. I have 3 fixtures. They're all on the same timers and everything so its not that. Is something broken inside my fixture?

Yea, couple screws to open the case, and couple wires on the ballast. If your under warranty shoot them an email

With LEDs, its called a driver, not a ballast. Just thought I'd point that out so you use the right terminology when asking for help.
Are you saying you used the blue lights power cord on the white lights and they worked, but you tried the whites plug on the blue lights and they didn't work? (I'm talking about exchanging power cords where they connect to the fixture... not changing the plugs at the outlet/timers. If your power cords are hard wired, then you probably just changed them at the timers.)
If so, that eliminates the plug cord as the issue.
The next thing to check would be the connector wiring for the blue lights plug. It could be a loose wire and not necessarily a bad driver.

Thanks for the correction George. Yeah I swapped out my white plug with the blue one and nothing. The fans kick on but the lights don't turn on. I tried switching wires at the timer, at the power brick etc. Nothing. So my guess is the driver is bad
It could be... or it might just be a loose wire too. Check the wiring first before buying a new driver.
Yeah I don't get a day off til Wednesday so I may take it down and see what I can come up with then
