Refuge light?

Setting up a 40b for a refuge would like to hear what people are using for lighting it's just going to be some live rock and some different macro's

I use a cheap EcoSmart 23w CFL bulb like this.

I've had this one in for about 2 years now and it runs about 12 hours every night. My macro grows like a weed and it's very low wattage.

Having some questions myself. Is this a 24 hour light or on a reverse 12 hour cycle?

CFL, got em at lowes. Daylight spectrum....I want to say 6000k. So cheap and grows macro like crazy.
