Rehoming Tortoise

I rescued a Yellow Foot tortoise in the spring as it had a respiratory infection which took 2 rounds of antibiotics to cure. It has been doing great almost tripled in size, its about 14 inches. I called many places in the past month and a half but no one will take it and I don't room. I really don't want to lace an ad on Pet Finder or Craigs List. Does anyone know of a place? I tried the following main places and some I found searching but no luck.

have you attempted the cape may zoo? Also, assuming my wife would allow it, lol, i may take if i can find a space to build him an enclosure.

It may be a little bit of a hike but try calling the elmwood park zoo. It's out in PA. The head get there is a real reptile lover.
