Just wondering why I wouldn't be able to reply to ppl or send pm?

Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.

I have pmed many times in the past, long time ago tho. It seems like it send but I check my sent and it's not there.
Can you not reply on the (wtb) section?

You have to go into "settings" located at the top right of this screen, then under "my account" on the left go to "general settings", you will see a target for "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default"
There is a setting you need to change in your control panel to save sent PMs
The WTB section does not allow replies.

taz meant the "WTB" section does not allow replies. You can send a pm to someone in WTB. Otherwise if you want to start a thread in to buy something but want to see replies on the forum, you need to post in the members only section called deals & steals.
