Requesting Donation/Raffle/Items from a NJRC's Sponsor

To make sure all requests, from our value sponsors, are handled correctly NJRC has a new policy. Any request that does not follow this policy will not be consider as an official request from NJRC.
  1. All official requests will be submitted in writing with the NJRC header and the purpose of the item
  2. Donated item will not be consider for full or partial subscription payment
  3. NJRC will publicly, on their website and social media, post the donated item, who donated, and who received the donated item
  4. Sponsor refusal to donate will have no affect on their standing with NJRC
  5. NJRC will spread requests for items evenly among their sponsors

assuming the frag grow out wouldn't be impacted by this since this is being paid 100% out of memebrs own pocket.
