Return pump for Oceanic 215?

What do you guys reccommend for return pump? Sump will be located under the tank. Pump will be for display and refugium, and could also be for phosban.
This will be my christmas present so no time to think too long thanks

Using Panworld 250ps on the same tank you have. I would not go smaller.

Also running 4 MP40's for additional flow.

Reeflo Dart is what i use for my return and another one powers my skimmer. They are almost silent. I have a older panworld for my other tank and that one is load.
