Rodi not working properly

I just changed my 4 stage rodi with the kit from brs, including resin and sediment filters. My previous tds readings were 003, before changing. Now after changing I ran it for an hour at 70 psi. The tds was around .015. So I changes the membrane, which is less than a year old, and ran it for a while longer. Right now it’s reading 008. It was better before I changed them. It’s been 008 for a while, and not getting better. When I remove and dry the probe, it reads 0, so I think it’s accurate. I have no leaks. What could be the problem. My ato reservoir is getting low and I need water soon. I have been using this rodi system for ever. It’s always 000.

Do you have the inline TDs probes? If so, are they facing the right direction in the line?

I only have the single inline probe. I did a membrane flush, and got it down to 002. Now that you mentioned it, I rotated the probe to the right way as well. It went to 001. Thanks. I never noticed the there is a proper way to orient that probe. Someday I’ll upgrade to the dual probe.

There is, the water has to go through the probes like an "archway" if not, the water will mostly likely just pass through it.
