Salifert Calcium Test Directions

Does anyone have a copy of the directions for the new Salifert Ca Test Kit? I misplaced mine. If someone could be so kind as to scan them and post or email them that would be great! I think I remember the 2 ML H20, 1 spoon Ca1 and 4 drops of Ca2, but the scale is really what I am after.
