Salt creep

How does everyone stop the salt creep from where the overflow enters the sump. The amount of bubbles it creates for me cause a ton of creep all around the area. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have my outlet below the water line. It allows me to run a siphon. No noise, no bubbles, no salt creep.

I'm with @DangerDave I put my drain pipe under the water level to hide the noise and have less creep. Also when I would do tank cleaning I would wipe away any salt creep
