Seaweed question

my mom pickedu p some seaweed thinking i could use it to feed my naso. I'm unsure if it is safe though

ingredients listed include:

seaweed (layer), corn oil, sesame seed oil, salt

If I go to the grocery store and purchase it what do I want to look for?

You want to get nori sheets from the supermarket. Same ones they use for making sushi.

Yeah...go to the Asian Market near HD & Dick's!! I got a package of 100 sheets for all of maybe $12. And it's lasting forever!! I've had it for at least 2 years!!

the ingredients on my bag read:"seaweed"

the front says "roasted seaweed" and its by a japanese company.
