Selling etiquette?

What is the right way to handle this situation:

I post a for sale thread. Someone(A) posts PM'd in the thread but another interested party(B) has already PM'd me. Does person A or B have first dibs?

Really your decision.
I would go with the first person to reach out to me regardless of how they reached out, but that is just my opinion.

I agree with above. Sell it to the first person to post. Unless it was me then I win every time. Lol.

Unless you're selling something that requires a specific environment, like established tank, large tank, etc., I do what the above have said. If somebody's a no-show or keeps pushing it off (like over a week), then I'll go down the list by first come first serve. You can usually tell if somebody's giving you the run around in that time.
