Can you see what month the charge went though? It will make it easier to find. The whole process has to be done manually on our end.

Do.you see something from 11/25? That's what I saw in my PayPal but can't see what year it's from. Seems that was rhe day the funds were pulled the previous few years.

The problem thay is happening is that the auto renews need to be updated for the new membership amount. Send me your email and I’ll cancel and refund the payments and then you can renew through the join us for the new amount

I just made the payment on PayPal. I think I did it correctly.

Ok, so you actually paid 2x in November in the amount of $20.67 so I'm going to reimburse you for both, keeping only the January membership.

What you need to do is, cancel both November membership payments in order to stop the auto pay cycle for both. You can do that through your personal PayPal account.
