Sexy shrimp spawning

Female is on top of a frag, tail in air, scratching abdomen.
Every few seconds a very small thing, about the size of a copepod detaches.
Are these live births?
I'm in no position to start a nursery, but if raising them is simple enough I may drop her in isolation if I can catch her.

I ordered 5 peppermint shrimps for my NPS tank. I read they breed too and some fry (shrimplet?) might survive in a non predatory tank.

I have 4 sexies and still waiting for something to happen. I believe I have one male to my 3 females. From what I read, the female carries the eggs on her tail so the eggs must be starting to hatch now.

I’ve had peppermint shrimp babies (or whatever the word for shrimp babies are) hatch a few times in tank. You cant miss em if you’re there when it happens. they’re tiny but looks like glitter from the room light in the tank (at night) for a couple hours. When you turn off the flow you can see 1/8 shrimp everywhere! Then they’re either filtered or eaten by the morning.
