Yup thats an etss more than likely the 800 needs a huge pump to run correctly like an iwaki 100 high pressure pump.
Bio-balls in the towers need to be changed yearly to keep it running the best,you can contact gary at superskimmer.com to get the number per tower you should have in them.

Thank You. That's probably it it came with a quite one 6,000 big pump I don't know if I should sell it or hold on to it if I do a real big build its just tooooo big for my sump it takes up all the room and I can't get a bigger sump under there do will see thanks for the pm Jim I check into that
