Some advice needed overgrown anemone

Good morning,

I am not sure what to do. I would love some advice from some of the members here.

I have a 120g mixed reef tank. I added a very small RBTA 2 years ago. As of today that tiny rose has split in 3, the original is about 15-18inches and the clones are about 10 inches each.
My tank has no room for these animals. They are stationary and haven't stung anything in a good while, but they big one needs more room.
I can't really afford an upgrade. I am very connected to these animals and don't trust selling them back to a store where some dope puts it in a 10g tank.

What would you do? Maybe I should be less emotionally connected to my anemones lol!

Thanks!
Rob

I guess that makes sense. I could also inquire about their knowledge of the hobby. Craigslist / Reef Central come to mind as far as posting. Any other place I might post?

Sell them to hobbyists.

or if you're not looking for anything monetary in return, you can try and donate them to your nearest public aquarium.

i would call ahead to see if they are willing to take it first. lol

For a small membership fee (around $13), you can join NJRC and post it in out members "steals and deals" area. Membership has its privileges... :)
