Hey sub, if it's any consolation, when I added my bi-color angel, my scopas tang took the opportunity to be "the boss" of something (since the little mini-mighty tomato clowns showed him who was boss straight away). He was relentless for about a week or two.
I upped his nori feeding and added two clips of it twice a day instead of 1 clip once a day. Each on opposite ends of the tank.
Since then, they have been getting along famously. I've even been able to cut down on the nori feeding since the tang realized the bi-color wants nothing to do with it and isn't competition for food, he leaves him alone now.
Extra smaller feeding may be the way to go. Especially if they are potentially eating the same thing.
