RO buddy with DI attachment on Amazon for $60 with next day delivery for Prime. If you dont have Prime and want one, lemme know I'll order it for you from my account. Excellent small unit, I used mine for years with no concern.

Get one of these from L or HD for $3 and you can still use your sink as normal, then just screw on the RODI as needed.

Found 1 nem and foot was attached to rock, could not get it loose. I left it and moved some rocks so light reaches it.
Even though it shrunk considerably, it opened 2x the size.
Unable to locate 2nd nem and angel fish.

sounds like you might have some sort of bacterial issue in the tank, from the brown slim you mentioned on your first post on the zoas. what are your nitrate and phosphate levels? didn't see you mentioned it. are you running carbon? dosing anything? did you spray and aerosol cleaning products by chance near the tank?

Finally tested and seems I have a big issue.
Test results below in ppm, API and Tetra kits.

Salinity 1.025
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0.05
Nitrate 0
PH 8.3
Calcium 800+, Tested 3xx
Alk 17dkh, Tested 2x

In the past water changes didn't lower calcium. I waited 2months for it to stabilize. I have not dosed in a week and a half. Not sure of next move. Tank looks bad, pics below.

Thanks Mark. More concerned about the birds best and nem. The acro i don't think I can get up off the rock.

I have a 10g that I could use. Just need to mix up water. Not sure all would fit.

Still no clue how this happened.

Going thru my paper trail I can only assume I messed up on calcium dosing. I tested at one point and tank was absorbing 5ml every 2 weeks, so I dosing that. Guess at some point absorption slowed down. I drop dose alk with baking soda method. I have stopped all dosing obviously.
