Standard Aqueon aquarium stand

So I was at Hidden Reef today checking out the tanks and almost pulled the trigger but couldn't decide if I wanted this stand or not.
I'm not one for a big fancy stand and normally I would be OK with the standard company stand. However before I do, are they sound and will it remain sound for quite some time. All of my plumbing is in my basement so I won't need the under section for tanks, so all I need to do is hold up a little pond.

I have had the standard black pine stand from AGA (Aqueon), for 6 years now and it has been wet on a regular basis. The stand still looks new, the only complaint I have is that they are short.

Ahhhhh but the shortness is ok since I'm leaning towards the 210g. 30" tall. Thank you for the response.

Isn't that only 18" deep. Go 24 man. Ur love the extra 6".
