I agree with Sid. This is probably just a temporary setback for these (or similar) laws.

I'm glad they listened to the people and didn't proceed though. Maybe we really do have a voice in all this?

With the amount of people who sign against this Bill it should of been thrown out and not even given a week to think about it.. The people have spoken and these politician's have to listen

I hope what Anonymous did with the FBI and DOJ have these politicians scared.. If They can shut down the FBI and DOJ just think what they could do with politicians emails.. hacking a email is a walk in the park for these guys

The inexorable march towards a totalitarian nanny state just sickens me. I may be a wack job far-right libertarian, and a bit hyperbolic about matter like these, but the .gov just keeps pushing, and pushing, and pushing. We need way less laws, not more. It is not long before you'll literally not be able to do anything anymore with out permission.

Funny that all these super "freedom loving liberals" from hollywood support this law. They're all about kumbaya, supporting the "99%", and hating evil corporations-until it affects their bottom line. Maybe I'm crazy, but the very fact that there is a group of jackasses err elected officials out there deciding how we should live every aspect of our lives by passing laws, SICKENS me. We are not on this planet to bow before others. What the hell happened to my America?
