I would say it's close to that. Luckily their power came back on. The next tide is around 730 and they are saying it will be worse.

About 1.5 ft lower than Sandy in Ocean City. 6 inches to spare, as we had a foot in the house during Sandy.

How did everyone make out? We got about 10" of snow and some high winds. My girlfriends parents in Avalon lost power for about 24 hours. We would up driving to get them just in time for the second high tide. They got about 4-4.5' of water on the second tide.
