Structural load question - Tryin' not to break my house

Maybe I'm being overly cautious, but my homeowners insurer probably would like me to be.

3 tanks side by side in my office, which is at the front wall of my house. Not on slab, I have a basement.

30G cube with 10g sump (plus LR)
40B with 20g sump (plus LR)
~15g turtle tank (plus one turtle I'd love to give away)

So ~900lb of water plus LR and the tanks etc.

Bad idea? Move one or more tanks to a different wall?

I think it depends on which way the beams under the floor are going and how old the house is. A newer one should be able to handle more weight than one built in the 60s.

+1, if they’re on multiple joists they will definitely be good, but I wouldn’t be too worried about ~100g anywhere.

Great, that's a relief. It's across probably 8 joists.

Sorry I've been posting so many questions, really excited to restart up my reef tank and either a fowlr or a frag tank (still deciding).
