Struggling fish HELP

I had gotten a bristle tooth tang about a month ago was perfect fine so sign of sickness. This last week started to get Scars on its side though it was being pecked at or scratched it self. But now it’s just laying in the rocks. Help please

Also all other fish are doing fine ( 2 clowns,fox face and Diamond goby

Is he flicking himself against the sand and rocks? He could have gill flukes. And the scratches on his body are from him rubbing the rocks/sand. If you can get him out and do a freshwater dip for 2 min. If it has fill flukes they should release on the fresh water.

Yes he did I ended up just give him a freshwater dip in the beginning and end of the week. Then I just kept him in a qt system for a month

Yes there was a few white things that fell off so I think that they were flukes
