Have 2 ballast each powering 4 36 inch t5's. A couple weeks ago the one set of t5's shut off. I tried turning them on again and the kept shorting out. I ordered a new ballast and they are doing same thing. I though it my be apex so I tried a separate wall outlet and still same thing.
Does anyone know if there is a way to check conductivity to each bulb. I think it might be a lose connection but don't want to tear apart all the wiring.
