Tank Cleaning

So wanted to start cleaning the tank and went to buy Bar Keeper's friend. Well there apparently different kinds. Which one do I use?

Huh. I have that stuff in the house. Never used on a tank. I have a 120 gallon that I haven’t set up yet because I just can’t get it clean enough. I have scraped, I have used citric acid. I have used alcohol and tons of elbows grease. But just can’t get it all off. I guess I’ll try the bar keepers friend. Thanks guys.

I never used it but people are using that MR clean magic eraser and it cleans the glass.
It removes a lot of crap. The original version is suppose to be ok to use on a tank.

I went threw a box of 6 magic erasers. Didn’t work in my case. I got some real stubborn crud on there. Truth is when I fill with water. It almost disappears. But man when you empty it. Looks terrible

I have no idea. But the stuff is cheap. And sold everywhere. Even Home Depot and grocery stores

Side note, don’t buy magic erasers. Buy melamine sponges from amazon. Same thing without the bald guy on it for pennies on the dollar.
