yeah all phytoplankton that you buy is grown with fertilizer. they use something called F2 - its basically miracle grow. i'm dosing phyto because i have pods, corals, 2 star fish and anemones in there. im keeping the biodiversity up.

None of those things really need any dosing for except the nem spot fed and only a little here and there. As long as you are feeding something at all to the fish I would completely stop all other dosing of food type stuff till you can get your phosphate under control.
I have had many tanks with all of the things you have mentioned and I have never dosed photo plankton ever.

cleaned the tank glass. (2 weeks since)

Wavemaker: removed jvp120 AC wavemaker and replaced with slw20 DC wavemaker. (100% speed, 100% fast, W2 setting.

100w Nicrew: turned blues up to 100% from 80% turned whites up to 60% from 0%
moved light fixture towards back about 4 inches. (away from frag racks).
measured par above sps frag ~350 Leaton Lux Meter /30

Frags looking good and growing for the most part. sps frag turned a bit green from purple (low light) many polyps extended after move into light. bit of shadowing I'm unhappy with. will spnn it around tomorrow morning

Diatoms getting bad, shut off refugium light. 05/15/2021
cleaned tank very well. changed sock. cleaned back chambers. ran water through filter sock and replaced. no water change.

diatoms 99% gone. very little algae. looks like tang ate gsp.
