I'm hoping to get my 75g up and running in the next week- transferring the rock from a 29g and 30g- adding live sand. fish I have now are a fiji devil, a pink damsel (if it survives dealing with the devil) 2 talbot damsels, a yellow ( not yellow at all ) dotty, a yellow tail and sharknose blennies and 2 peppermint shrimp

I can now add some larger fish- want to replace the coris wrasse and thinking about a pink or diamond watchman. would like a tang or 2- recommendations?

I’m not an expert but I think you can only really put bristletooth tangs in a 75 long term. I’m sure more experienced people will answer soon.
A foxface would be cool too

A fellow reefer with a 75g has a couple of tangs and a butterfly( very impressed with that- would love one)

I know people that successfully keep smaller tangs in 30 gallon cubes. I just don’t think I’m ready for that. You can always try.

I do have a lot of experience with American Cichlids which as I understand are similar in personality to tangs. I do know with them if you wanted multiples make sure you introduce them very young and as at close to the same time as possible.
