Tank Pests

Hi All, I remember seeing a link showing the most common tanks pests. I cant seem to find it on the site. Does anyone have it handy. I have noticed a few different creatures the last few days. They just seemed to pop up out of know where and I have a bad feeling about them. I will continue to look for the link but if someone has it handy can you please share? Thanks.

Thank you both. Looks like I have some nuisance anemones. So now the question is kalk or the magic wand. Id really rather not remove to rock from the tank. That would be a huge undertaking.

Kalk, apstaia X or something like that. The magic wand will kill it, but there is some ancedotal talk that it just spreads them more.

Yes, I have heard that.How do I treat with Kalk? Can it be done under water?

I have never done it, but you are essentially injecting kalk paste into the pest. Yes is can be done underwater. I know others have even had success with injecting boiling water.

You mix a paste that will go through a plunger....obviously you cannot have a power head pointed right at the area but the paste stays together fairly well and then just helps your calcium after.

Nothing has worked as well as vinegar injected with a syringe for me.

Thank you for the offer. I have some kalk and vinegar. I'll try one of those first. I may take you up on the offer if those methods fail.

Thanks Paul. After reviewing all of the sites I now know that I have a few more pests than I realized. And the fun begins!
