Yes. The 55 is 48 x 13 x 21. The 75 is 48 x 18 x 21.

If I am guessing right, I need 200lbs total to achieve the 4" that I had in the 55.

Here is what I would personally do.

I'd take 3/4 of the existing sand and clean it VERY well in freshwater. I'd add that to the tank along with new rinsed dry sand.. I'd then take the other 1/4 of your existing sand...clean it well in salt water and add it to the tank.

I would not rinse the live rock....maybe just blow them off with a baster before moving them. Between the existing 1/4 of sand and your LR, you shouldn't have any problems.

Just my opinion.
