Great shots of the fish. Are they ventralis anthias? What temperature do you keep your tank at? I was thinking about getting some but I thought they required a little lower temperature. There are so many interesting anthias out there.
those are some awesome fish. i love the first one with the massive dorsal. what is it?
That is one nice fish list!
i think you should give us photos of these gorgeous fish.Even with a big tank, we are still small fish people so we decided to change up our stocking plan yet again. We caught and moved out a few fish due to some aggression issues and we added a bunch of new fish. Unfortunately we did lose some fish, but that is the hobby. The current fish list looks something like this:
Earles wrasse pair
Attentuatus wrasse male
Johnsoni female wrasse (male coming next week)
Flame wrasse pair
Borbonius anthia pair
Hawainises anthia pair
Sunburst anthia
Clown fish pair (picasso grade b female and a snowcasso male)
False shepardi angel (flame x rusty hybrid)
8 ORA gold assesor basslets (we picked up 6 more of them yesterday)
Pair of magnficent gobies
Pair of Yasha gobies
Pair of Hi fin gobies
1 wheelers watchman goby
Pair of ORA cleaner gobies.
Swales basslet
Blue stripe pipefish
Pair of Helfrichi firefish
Barnacle blennies (Do not really know how many)
Thanks Mike![]()
We were struggling with aggression from some of the larger wrasses, so over the course of the last 6 weeks we have given the three bullies away.
Our goal is a peaceful community tank.
