"The 93 gallon glass box"/"Dan's aqua obsession"

Looks like a good start Dan. Are you making the sides removable? I ask cause once skinned permanent how will you get the breeder in there? I understand the obsession part, mine is close to getting me the 200 just so I'll stop talking about it.

Thanks john,
Yes I will/did hinge the sides and the front will just pull off I wanted to make sure I had complete access to everything under there

Great work dan! Can't wait to see it all come together. I really like that homemade drum sander too.

Thanks Kevin,
I waiting for this crap weather to break so I can finish I just want water!!!!
I can't take credit for the drum sander my dad was a genius when it can to making things like that he built that but thank you anyway

With that kind of work outside the tank, I can't wait to see what you do inside the tank. Great start.
Thanks Matt,
I plan is to not over crowd it with rock maybe a nice pile up the center almost like a cave and all small fish we picked up a clown goby I think that is a cool fish very small but a crazy personality and fun to watch

Impressive. Dan's got some talent. You realize doing this is only going to make people ask for stuff. I'm thinking about my orders right now lol

Place your orders!!!!!!
It would be a bad idea plus I would get to do some more metal work win--win

Unbelievable! I love the DIY stuff and this metalwork is fantastic. Forget about the tank, I'm looking forward to the stand and metalwork being finished up.
Thanks Paul,
To kind your like the king of DIY so I will take that compliment
I'm almost depressed that it's coming to an end I guess I will just have to start another tank build :)

Great job.

wow great work dan! props on the metal work. i wish i could do that.
Thanks man,
It's really not that hard I'm sure you good with the right tools
Dan. A Few things sir.

1. So MANY TIRES!
2. Your a Welder? AWESOME.. Wish I knew that... a Metal stand for my tank would have been awesome.
3. Awesome artistry with the fishies and decoration
4. I think you should be comissioned by NJRC to help make the awards for giveaway at the Christmas Party for contributors and Tanks of the year and all that stuff.

Can't wait to see the new tank!
Thank you sir,
To answer some of your questions
1 Yes I'm a diesel mechanic so that's what I do tires break downs all 18wheelers no small stuff
2 I went to school for welding awhile ago and man if I could weld all day and fabricate that would be great
3 I keep adding to the rail I said "dans tank" should be good then it went to coral then fish the fish was the best part I had a lot of fun doing this
4 I think making something for the club would be great and I would love to not sure I'm that good but I would give it a try
"Its a wife thing" lol you're funny
Not far you know my secret

HA HA HA :) love the start of this build though, even though I've seen everything first hand multiple times, still awesome job on the put together

I wasn't sure how I was going to cover up the space I wasn't going to use because my tank is 30"x30" and my stand is 36"x36" I also needed to figure out how I could make them removable because my front life's straight up I think this was the best way enjoy

I know exactly how you feel man. I love the "build process". Wish I had room so I could just build a few more tank setups.
