I’ve never had any aiptasia in my tanks. It’s because im actually the aiptasia whisperer... Screw aiptasia-x or filefish all I need is a pipette… can suck the whole thing up in one piece. I’ve had these in here for 3 days now (the foot is holding on to the side of the plunger). I have my masters in chemistry so I’ve been experimenting with them as a model to study metabolic interactions in symbiotic systems while I’m finishing my last semester for my second masters in education.

No aptasia here either, but I always wondered if you could suck them through an acrylic tube or straw with a shop vac. Haven't had the opportunity to give it a go.
